聚乙二醇脂质体多柔比星二线治疗晚期铂类敏感型复发性卵巢癌的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察聚乙二醇脂质体多柔比星治疗晚期铂类敏感型复发性卵巢癌的临床疗效。方法将100例晚期铂类敏感型复发性卵巢癌患者分为观察组50例(采用聚乙二醇脂质体多柔比星+卡铂治疗)和对照组50例(采用吉西他滨+卡铂治疗)。比较两组患者的治疗效果和不良反应发生情况。结果两组患者的治疗有效率(RR)和疾病控制率(DCR)比较,差异均无统计学意义(P﹥0.05)。观察组患者中性粒细胞减少、血小板减少和恶心呕吐的发生率均低于对照组患者,手足综合征的发生率高于对照组患者,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论聚乙二醇脂质体多柔比星可用于二线治疗晚期铂敏感型复发性卵巢癌,具有不良反应轻、患者依从性好的优点,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of pegylated liposomal doxorubicin in the treatment of platinumsensitive recurrent ovarian cancer.Method One hundred patients with advanced platinum-sensitive recurrent ovarian cancer were retrospectively analyzed.Among them,50 patients treated with pegylated liposomal doxorubicin and carboplatin were enrolled as study group,and another 50 patients treated with gemcitabine and carboplatin were included as control group.The efficacy and occurrence of adverse reactions in the two groups were compared.Result There were no significant differences between the response rate(RR)and disease control rate(DCR)in the two groups(P>0.05).The incidence of neutropenia,thrombocytopenia,nausea and vomiting in the study group were significantly lower than that in the control group,meanwhile the incidence of hand-foot syndrome was higher compared to control group,and the difference was of statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Pegylated liposomal doxorubicin can be used as the secondline treatment for platinum-sensitive recurrent ovarian cancer,characterized by low toxicityand good medical compliance,and is worthy of clinical application.
