摘　　要：高校科技成果转化率普遍偏低,创新性的技术成果要从科研单位转移到生产部门,其面临的不仅仅是技术问题,同时还存在资金、人力等方方面面的问题。对高校科技工作者来说,转化比研究更为困难,仅仅依靠其个人的努力远远不够,还需要高校各个方面的参与与努力。高校应从责任主体意识出发,通过畅通成果转化渠道、强化科研助理制度、建立校级科技转化平台、建立校企合作新模式以及探索科研管理新模式等措施来提升科技成果的转化率。The conversion rate of scientific and technological achievements in colleges and universities is generally low. Innovative technological achievements have to be transferred from scientific research units to production departments. They face not only technical problems, but also problems of capital, manpower and other aspects. For scientific and technological workers in colleges and universities, transformation is more difficult than research. It is far from enough to rely solely on their personal efforts. It also requires the participation and efforts of all aspects of colleges and universities. Colleges and universities should start from the consciousness of the responsible subjects and improve the conversion rate of scientific and technological achievements through measures such as unblocking the channels of achievement conversion, strengthening the system of scientific research assistants, establishing a university-level scientific and technological conversion platform, establishing a new mode of school-enterprise cooperation and exploring a new mode of scientific and technological management.
