摘　　要：通过问卷调查分析了当代大学生心理方面存在的典型问题,并以此为基础,结合数据分析,全面探讨大学生的心理建设的意义,给出了适合当代大学生心理教育的策略和方法--必要的心理预防与治疗。Starting from the analysis of the survey results of College Students' psychological construction, this paper analyses the shortcomings and improvement methods of College Students' psychological construction. Through specific data to explore the significance of College Students' mental health construction in an all-round way, and discuss some strategies and methods suitable for college students' mental health construction.
