摘 要:现行的《中学教师专业标准》与《普通高等学校师范专业认证》都非常注重师范专业师范性的体现和建构过程。这就要求高校尤其是地方高师院校须建设优秀教学团队和设置教师教育类课程群;同时,只有充分吸纳中学教师到地方高师院校的教学团队中来,才能有效实现个性化的课堂教学效果,才能实现地方高师院校课程教学与中学教学的无缝对接,才能让师范生的班主任工作与育人能力培养卓有成效,才能真正实现师范生毕业即为教师"成手"乃至"能手"的创新型人才的培育。The current Professional Standards for Middle School Teachers and Certification of Teacher’s Majors in Normal Colleges and Universities pay great attention to the embodiment and construction process of teacher professionalism. This requires universities, especially local higher normal universities, to build excellent teaching teams and set up teacher education courses. At the same time, only by fully absorbing the middle school teachers to the teaching team of the local higher normal universities can the individualized classroom teaching effect be effectively realized, and the seamless connection between the local higher normal universities curriculum teaching and the middle school teaching can be realized. Besides, only in this way can the normal school students’ skill of the teacher in charge work and the ability to educate the students be effective, and the cultivation of innovative talents who become skilled in teaching after graduation can be truly realized.
