摘　　要：钢带是连续平压热压机的主要部件,其在使用过程中由于各种原因容易造成损伤。由于钢带造价昂贵,维护修补难度大,对于连续压机制造商和使用者而言,如何防止钢带损伤、延长钢带使用寿命具有重要意义。本文分析了连续平压热压机钢带产生损伤的原因,提出了钢带损伤的修复方法及维护措施。Steel belt is a main component of continuous-press hot press and easily damaged during use due to various reasons. Considering the high price of steel belts and great difficulty in maintenance and repair,how to prevent steel belt damage and prolong their service life is of great significance for the manufacturers and users of continuous-presses. This paper analyzes the causes of damage to such steel belts and puts forward the method for damaged steel belt repair and corresponding maintenance measures.
