单侧尖牙固定小斜导治疗安氏Ⅱ类亚类错(牙合)效果分析

摘　　要：目的介绍一种辅助治疗安氏Ⅱ类亚类错(牙合)的方法并探讨其有效性。方法选取48例安氏Ⅱ类亚类错(牙合)非拔牙矫治的患者,随机分为两组。实验组在直丝弓固定矫治排齐整平后,配合上颌尖牙固定小斜导调整磨牙关系;对照组固定矫治配合Ⅱ类牵引调整磨牙关系。在调整前后分别拍摄头颅侧位片并制取石膏模型进行测量分析,对两组治疗前后测量数据的差值进行统计学分析。结果尖牙固定小斜导组远中关系量(mm)、MP-SN(°)、覆(牙合)(mm)等差值(绝对值)均大于Ⅱ类牵引组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。尖牙固定小斜导组的治疗时间(3.6±1.4个月)明显短于Ⅱ类牵引组(5.8±2.3个月),有统计学差异(P <0.01)。结论尖牙固定小斜导是一种简单、高效的辅助治疗安氏Ⅱ类亚类错(牙合)的方法。Objective To Introduce a treatmentmethod of Class Ⅱ malocclusion subdivision and explore its effectiveness. Methods48 patients with Class Ⅱ malocclusion subdivision were selected,who were randomly divided into experimental and control group. The experimental group were treated with Straight wire fixed appliance in combination with unilateral maxillary canine fixed bite plates while the control groupwere treated with Straight wire fixed appliance in combination with Class Ⅱ elastic. Lateral cephalographs and plaster models were taken before and after the combination treatment,and the difference before and after treatment was compared.Results The changeof molar relationship, MP-SN angle and overbit of the experimental group was larger than that of the control group. Such difference was statistically meaningful(P < 0.05) The treatment time of the experimental group(3.6±1.4 months)was significantly shorter than that of the control group(5.8±2.3 months,P < 0.01). Conclusions The method of unilateral maxillary canine fixed bite plate was simple and effective for the treatment of class IImalocclusion subdivision.
