摘  要:目的观察直接眼底镜及眼底彩色照相下无可见糖尿病视网膜病变的糖尿病患者的荧光血管造影变化,并分析与病程的相关性。方法对确诊为2型糖尿病,且经直接眼底镜及眼底彩色照相检查未发现可见糖尿病视网膜病变的糖尿病患者,行眼底荧光血管造影,按病程分为3组:A组,病程<5年;B组,5年≤病程<10年;C组,病程≥10年。结果在96例192眼中,有167眼通过眼底荧光造影发现视网膜微循环改变,占192眼的86.98%,随着病程的延长,检出率增高,有统计学差异。结论尽管眼底镜及眼底彩色照相下未发现糖尿病视网膜病变,但是眼底荧光造影已经出现多样性改变,检出率随病程的延长而增高,有统计学差异。Objective To observe the changes of fluorescein angiography in diabetic patients without visible diabetic retinopathy under direct ophthalmoscope and fundus color photography, and analyze the correlation with the course of the disease. Methods For patients diagnosed with type 2 diabetes, without visible diabetic retinopathy found by direct ophthalmoscope and color fundus photography, fluorescein angiography was performed .Then these patients were divided into three groups according to disease course: group A, duration <5 years;group B, 5 years ≤ duration <10 years;group C, duration ≥ 10 years. Results In 192 eyes, 167 eyes (86.98%) were found to have retinal microcirculation changes by fundus fluorescein angiography. With the prolongation of the disease course, the detection rate was increased and there were statistical differences. Conclusion In diabetic patients, although no diabetic retinopathy was found under ophthalmoscope and fundus color photography, changes could be found in fundus fluoroscopy, and the detection rate was increased with the prolonged course of the disease.
