摘  要:钢弹簧浮置板道床是将一定质量和刚度的混凝土道床浮置于弹簧隔振器上,构成质量-弹簧隔振系统,目前已经在我国城市轨道交通隧道中得到了广泛应用,从材料力学角度分析,钢弹簧浮置板以道床板为单元,钢弹簧作为点支撑,可以简化为一定刚度的弹簧点支撑的简支梁,采用简化的受弯构件分析其抗裂弯矩,与midas Civil是软件仿真环境下建立的钢弹簧浮置板力学模型分析出的最大弯矩相比较,以确定浮置板设计是否符合安全、耐久、可靠、经济的要求。The steel spring floating slab track bed is a concrete track bed with a certain mass and stiffness floating on the spring isolator to form a mass-spring vibration isolation system. It has been widely used in urban rail transit tunnels in China. Analyzing from the material mechanics, the steel spring floating plate is made up of the track bed plate. The steel spring is used as the point support, which can be simplified as a simple supported beam supported by a spring point with a certain rigidity. The simplified bending member is used to analyze the cracking moment, and compared with the maximum bending moment analyzed by the mechanical model of the steel spring floating plate established in the midas Civil software simulation environment, to determine whether the floating plate design meets safety, durability, reliability, and economic requirements.
