摘　　要：本文报告2例肝癌合并肝硬化术后输血后出现慢性溶血性高胆红素血症的罕见病例,并提出与极易混淆的肝癌术后肝功能受损所致高胆红素血症的临床鉴别、处理要点,为肝胆外科医生避免此类失误提供帮助。Two cases of chronic hemolytic hyperbilirubinemia after blood transfusion in liver cancer surgery were reported.Besides, the clinical identification and treatment key points between this kind of hyperbilirubin and the hyperbilirubin caused by impaired liver function after liver cancer surgery were put forward, aiming to help avoid misdiagnosis.
