摘　　要：目的探讨全身奥硝唑给药及局部盐酸米诺环素给药用于牙种植术后的临床效果。方法将84例行牙种植术的患者以随机数表法分为观察组与对照组,各42例。对照组术后给予奥硝唑治疗,观察组术后给予盐酸米诺环素治疗,对比两组临床疗效、疼痛情况、龈沟液IL-8、IL-1β水平。结果观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组疼痛发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组IL-8、IL-1β水平均降低(P<0.05),但组间比较,差异不显著(P>0.05)。结论牙种植术后全身奥硝唑给药与局部盐酸米诺环素给药均可发挥抗感染效果,且局部盐酸米诺环素给药的临床疗效和止痛效果更好,值得临床应用。Objective To investigate the clinical effects of systemic ornidazole administration and local minocycline hydrochloride administration after dental implantation.Methods A total of 84 patients who underwent dental implantation were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with ornidazole after surgery,and the observation group was treated with minocycline hydrochloride after surgery.The clinical efficacy,pain situation and the levels of IL-8 and IL-1 in gingival crevicular fluid of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05).The incidence of pain in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of IL-8 and IL-1β in the two groups decreased (P<0.05),but there were no significant differences in which between the two group (P>0.05).Conclusion Systemic ornidazole administration and local minocycline hydrochloride administration after dental implantation can exert anti-infection effect.Local minocycline hydrochloride administration has better clinical efficacy and analgesic effect,which is worthy of clinical application.
