新工科背景下地方综合型大学土木工程专业人才培养模式探索

摘　　要：基于"新工科"教育对人才培养要求和人才培养现状的分析,提出了现阶段土木工程人才培养过程中存在的问题和综合性大学在"新工科"人才核心能力培养中的优势。并以河北大学建筑工程学院土木工程专业培养模式改革为例,指出"新工科"教育在地方综合新大学的落地实施方法。Based on the analysis of the requirement on new engineering education and the present situation of talent cultivation,the existing problems are put forword in talent cultivation of civil engineering.Then the advantages of comprehensive universities in talent cultivation of new subject talents.Taking the training mode reform of Civil Engineering Specialty in the School of Architectural Engineering of Hebei University as an example,the implementation methods of new engineering education in local comprehensive new university was pointed out in this paper.
