摘 要:通过形成性评价在妇产科住院医师规范化培训中的应用,探讨妇产科教学中形成性评价的实施方法,并比较形成性评价和传统的终结性评价体系在妇产科住院医师规范化培训中的差别,结果提示形成性评价对医师临床实践技能和专业理论知识的成绩明显高于终结性评价的结论。因此,形成性评价模式促进了妇产科教学活动中医师的积极性和主观能动性,值得推广。Through the application of formative assessment in obstetric and gynecological residents standard training,this essay aims to explore the implementation method of formative evaluation in obstetrics and gynecology teaching,and meanwhile,tell the difference between formative assessment and traditional summative assessment system in gynecological and obstetric residents standard training.The results suggest that the formative assessment is superior to the summative assessment in terms of the achievements of clinical practice skills and theoretical knowledge of physicians.Therefore,the formative evaluation model,which is worth promoting,increases the enthusiasm and subjective initiative of doctors in obstetrics and gynecology teaching activities.
