摘　　要：大学生创新创业教育的开展对于提高人才培养质量和新经济发展具有重要意义,通过分析创新创业教育现状,建立有利于创新实践能力培养的长效机制和系统的创新创业课程体系,营造良好的创新创业培养环境,加强创新创业导师培养,注重个性化培养。并在北华大学创新创业教育辅之以实践,具有一定的借鉴意义。Innovation and entrepreneurship education for college students is of great significance to improve the quality of talents training and new economic development.By analyzing the current situation of innovation and entrepreneurship education,a long-term mechanism of cultivating the ability of innovative practice and systematic curriculum system are established.A good environment for innovation and entrepreneurship is created.The training of innovative and entrepreneurial tutors is strengthened.Emphasis is laid on cultivation of individualizationWith the practice of innovation and entrepreneurship education at Beihua University,the experience is also useful for other colleges to some extent.
