摘 要:基于带状线的结构特点,利用LTCC多层基板结构优势,设计了一款X波段四通道的T/R组件。该组件仅使用带状线传输线方式进行微波信号传输,避免了微波信号多层基板间过渡结构带来的损耗与畸变,同时结合LTCC走线特点、腔体设计技术和接地层屏蔽能力,将微波电路与电源控制电路进行分层处理和一体化设计,有效地降低了各信号间的串扰。最终设计实现的X波段四通道T/R组件,体积仅62mm×43.8mm×7.9mm,质量约40g,发射功率大于2W,接收增益大于25dB,接收噪声系数小于2.5dB。该组件四个通道间一致性好,性能稳定,具有批量应用价值。An X -band four -channel T/R module was designed and fabricated with stripline and LTCC technologies. The module only used stripline for microwave signal transmission to avoid the loss and distortion caused by the transition structure between multilayer substrates. With the advantage of LTCC wiring, cavity design and grouding layer design technology, the interference between the signals was effectively reduced. A transmitting power level of 2 W, greater than 25 dB receiving gain, less than 2. 5 dB receiving circuit noise four-channel T / R module was realized, with a size of 62 mm×43. 8 mm×7. 9 mm, and a low weight of 40 g. The four channels of the module have good consistency and stable performance. The module is suitable for batch application.
