采用启发式搜索的含分布式电源配电网供电恢复策略研究

摘　　要：文中基于深度编码技术,根据配电网的运行特点提出了启发式搜索方法,是一种适用于实时控制配电网的供电恢复计算方法。该方法利用联络开关消除母线电压越限问题,大幅减少了供电恢复问题的搜索空间,结合具有调节能力的分布式电源,以孤岛运行的方式实现恢复供电。通过台湾86节点配电系统的实例分析结果可知,文中所提出的策略可以较好地解决含分布式电源配电网的供电恢复问题。Based on depth coding technology,a heuristic search method is proposed, according to the operation characteristics of distribution network,which is suitable for realtime control of distribution network restoration calculation method. In this method,tie switch is used to eliminate the problem of bus voltage overrun,which greatly reduces the search space of power supply recovery problem. Combined with the distributed power supply with adjustable ability,the island operation mode is used to restore power supply. The analysis results of the 86-bus distribution system in Taiwan show that, the proposed strategy can solve the power supply restoration problem of distribution network with distributed generators.
