摘  要:在优质旅游时代下,旅游新业态和游客的个性化需求无疑对旅游人才的培养提出了更大的挑战。以山西省骨干专业建设和山西省首批现代学徒制试点为契机,我院导游专业坚持创新发展理念,聚焦内涵建设,在创新人才培养模式,校企深度融合,提升人才培养质量和拓展服务领域,服务地方经济等方面取得了很大的进步,专业影响力不断提升。In the era of high quality tourism,the new style of tourism and the individual demand of tourists undoubtedly put forward a greater challenge to the training of tourist talents.Taking Shanxi as an opportunity to build the backbone profession and the first batch of modern apprenticeship pilots in Shanxi Province,our tour guide profession adheres to the concept of innovative development,focuses on connotation construction,innovates the model of talents training,and integrates the schools and enterprises to improve the quality of talents training and expand the service areas.Great progress has been made in serving the local economy and other aspects,and professional influence has continued to increase.
