思想政治教育视域下大学生创新能力培养研究

摘　　要：大学生创新能力关系着创新型国家建设。当前高校在学生创新能力培养上存在重专业知识传授、轻素质品质培养等问题。思想政治教育作为高校育人的基础性工作,需适应新时代要求融入创新教育内涵,在增强大学生创新意识、塑造创新人格、优化创新思维、构建创新环境中发挥独特作用,并通过创新课堂教学、建设创新实践教育平台、加强创新专业化队伍建设、营造创新文化生态等途径促进大学生创新能力培养,以更好地服务创新型国家建设。College students' innovation ability is related to the construction of an innovation-oriented country.At present,there are some problems in the cultivation of students' innovation ability,such as the emphasis on imparting professional knowledge and the neglect of quality training.Fine tradition of ideological and political education,as the basic educational work of colleges and universities,should adapt to the new time request into the connotation of the innovation education,and play its role in strengthening college students' innovative consciousness,shaping innovation personality,optimizing innovative thinking,building innovation environment.This paper proposes the approaches to innovation cultivation,including the innovation of classroom teaching,the construction of innovative practice education platform,the strength of the construction of professional innovation teams,building up the culture of innovation ecology,to promote college students' innovative ability training,and better service the construction of an innovative country.
