摘  要:以一种蜂窝形平板散热器为研究对象,运用Fluent自建模,简化平板散热器三维模型。基于LED芯片功率90 W的工况下,分别对平板散热器的温度、流速、压强、内部体积分率进行分析。通过分析数据,基本符合实际情况,表明这种简化满足要求,为此类散热器的设计和优化提供依据。This paper is aims at the a honeycomb flat-plate heat sink is used as the research object, and the Fluent self-modeling is used to simplify the three-dimensional model of the flat heat sink. Based on the LED chip power of 90 w, the temperature, flow rate, pressure and internal volume fraction of the flat heat sink are analyzed. By analyzing the data, it is basically in line with the actual situation, indicating that this simplification meets the requirements and provides a basis for the design and optimization of such a heat sink.
