摘　　要：厘清监察机关与司法机关案件管辖上的衔接,是落实国家监察体制的关键步骤。两者的衔接是建立在立法和运行两个视角上对现状进行考察,其存在案件管辖上的法律依据不足、相关办案职权范围界定的不明晰、案件管辖相关配套制度设计上的缺陷等问题。对此,提出完善案件管辖上的法律依据、明晰相关案件职权范围、细化案件管辖相关配套制度等相应建议。To clarify the connection between supervisory organs and judicial organs in case jurisdiction is the key step to implement the national supervisory system. The connection between the two is based on the legislative and operational perspectives to investigate the status quo. There are some problems in the jurisdiction of cases, such as the lack of legal basis, the unclear definition of relevant jurisdiction and the defects in the design of relevant supporting systems of case jurisdiction. In this regard,the article puts forward the legal basis for improving the jurisdiction of cases,clarifying the jurisdiction of relevant cases,and refining the jurisdiction of cases. Suggestions on the improvement of the supporting system are put forward.
