摘 要:目的:构建医学形态学实验室安全教育体系和安全管理体系,探讨医学形态学实验室安全教育与管理路径。方法:全面分析医学形态学实验室特点,围绕设立安全教育选修课程、设置安全教育教学内容、实验室安全教育方法、实验室安全教育考核和实验室安全教育常态化与多样化,构建医学形态学实验室安全教育体系;围绕完善工作体系、规范安全管理、制定应急预案和健全安全设施,构建医学形态学实验室安全管理体系。结果:通过实验室安全教育与管理体系的构建,使100%的新生接受了实验室安全教育,提高全体师生实验室安全意识,为实验教学和科研的开展、实验室人员安全及财产安全提供有力保证。结论:医学形态学实验室安全教育是高校实验室安全管理的重要内容,要从多角度和多方面入手,结合不同类别安全问题特点,针对性地开展安全教育,构建有效的实验室安全管理体系。Objective: To discuss the safety education and management of medical morphology laboratory based on the construction of safety education system and safety management system of medical morphology laboratory. Methods: Through comprehensively analyzed the characteristics of medical morphological laboratory, and thought about setting up elective course of safety education, teaching contents about safety education, safety education methods of laboratory, safety education examination of laboratory, and the normalization and diversification of safety education of laboratory to construct a safety education system about medical morphological laboratory. And by improving working system, standardizing safety management, formulating contingency plan and perfecting safety facilities to construct safety management system of medical morphology laboratory. Results: Through the construction of safety education and management system of laboratory, 100% freshmen studied safety education of laboratory, and the awareness of laboratory safety of all faculty and students were enhanced, and it provided powerful guarantee for the implementation of experimental teaching and scientific research, and the safeties of laboratory personnel and property. Conclusion: Safety education of medical morphology laboratory is an important content of laboratory safety management in colleges and universities. It is necessary to carry out safety education in a targeted way, from multiple angle, multiple aspects and combining the characteristics of different types of safety problems, so as to build an effective safety management system of laboratory.
