摘　　要：Objective To study the changes of serum levels of Irisin and Galanin in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and obesity. Methods A total of 182 patients with type 2 diabetes (T2DM) hospitalized in Endocrinology and Metabolism Department in Baoding First Center Hospital were enrolled in this study. All the patients were divided into three groups according to their BMI: normal weight group (NW), diabetic overweight group (OW) and diabetes and obesity group (OB).
