亚洲复原力量表在神经症患者中的适用性及其复原力特征分析

摘　　要：目的考察亚洲复原力量表在神经症患者中的适用性,同时对神经症患者的复原力特征进行分析。方法选取神经症患者88例(研究组)和心理健康者93名(对照组),采用亚洲复原力量表、简易应对方式量表(SCSQ)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)对神经症患者和正常社区居民进行测查。结果复原力各分量表及总量表的内部一致性系数(α)、重测信度均较高,与SCSQ积极应对均呈正相关(P<0.01),与SAS、SDS均呈负相关(P<0.01)。验证性因素分析结果为:χ~2/df=1.373,RMSEA=0.065,CFI=0.932,IFI=0.934,NNFI(TLI)=0.922,支持原有理论模型。研究组复原力量表总分及自我可塑性、灵活应对、情绪管制评分均低于对照组(P<0.01)。多元回归分析结果显示,SCSQ积极应对对复原力具有正向预测作用,SDS对复原力具有负向预测作用(P<0.01)。结论亚洲复原力量表的信效度较高,可用于神经症患者复原力的分析和研究。神经症患者复原力水平低,积极应对和抑郁影响其复原力水平。Objective To explore Asian Resilience Scale’s reliability and validity in patients with neurosis,and the resilience characteristics of them. Methods A total of 88 patients with neurosis(study group) and 93 healthy controls(control group) were selected and assessed with Asian Resilience Scale, Simple Coping Style Questionnaire(SCSQ), Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS) and Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS). Results The reliabilities of Asian Resilience Scale and all subscales were high. The total score and all subscale scores of Asian Resilience Scale were positively correlated with positive coping factor score of SCSQ(P<0.01),and negatively correlated with total scores of SAS and SDS(P<0.01). Confirmatory factor analysis showed good fit between the data and the construct of scale,χ^2/df=1.373, RMSEA=0.065, CFI=0.932, IFI=0.934,NNFI(TLI)=0.922. The total score and all subscale scores of Asian Resilience Scale in study group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.01). The positive coping factor score of SCSQ positively predicted the resilience and the total score of SDS negatively predicted the resilience(P<0.01). Conclusion The reliability and validity of Asian Resilience Scale are corresponded with psychometric standard, and it could be used to assess the resilience of neurosis patients. The resilience of neurosis patients is lower, which can be predicted by their positive coping and depression.
