基于最优最差法的创新型创业项目评估体系

摘　　要：结合国内外相关研究结果和目前国内创新型创业项目评估的实际情况,从创新性、市场前景、风险承受能力、商业性、创业环境、创业团队素质等6个维度,设置21个指标;然后,以最优最差法计算影响创新型创业项目的指标权重,建立创新型创业项目的评估体系。研究表明:新产品(服务)的开发、新技术应用、商业模式设计等指标是影响创新型创业项目可持续性发展的关键因素。最后通过案例验证该评估体系的可行性与有效性。Based on research in China and the world as well as practice in evaluating innovative entrepreneurship projects in China,an evaluation system for innovative entrepreneurship projects was established using the best-worst method to calculate the index weight of them in dimensions of innovativity,market potential,risk tolerance,commercial quality,entrepreneurship environment and entrepreneurial team in 21 indicators. The results show that the development of new products (services),the application of new technologies and the design of business models are the key factors affecting the sustainable development of innovative entrepreneurship projects and cases from application verifies its feasibility and efficiency.
