中青年动脉粥样硬化性脑梗死患者药物治疗干预效果分析

摘　　要：目的考察药学干预对临床用药安全性、有效性、合理性和经济性的影响。方法神经内科收治的中青年动脉粥样硬化性脑梗死患者77例,随机分为干预组38例和对照组39例,干预组进行以药物重整为重点的药学干预,对照组不予干预。比较2组在药物治疗方案的安全性、有效性、合理性和经济性等方面指标。结果干预组在医嘱合理性、患者满意度、基本药品使用率方面明显优于对照组,干预组的住院天数、住院费用、药品费用、药占比方面明显低于对照组,2组差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预组总不良反应率为2.63%,对照组为12.82%,但2组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预组总有效率为89.47%,对照组总有效率为84.62%;虽然干预组总有效率略高于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。本实验因抗菌药物使用率低,不具比较意义,故未做比较。结论恰当有效的药学干预可对临床正确、合理用药、控制医药费用起到积极作用。Objective To evaluate the effects of pharmaceutical intervention on the safety,efficacy,rationality and economy of clinical medication.Methods Seventy-seven young and middle-aged patients with atherosclerotic cerebral infarction(ACI) who were admitted and treated in department of neurology of our hospital were randomly divided into intervention group(n=38) and control group(n=39).The patients in intervention group were treated by pharmaceutical intervention focusing on medication reconciliation,however,the patients in control group were not interfered. The safety, efficacy, rationality and economy of the drug treatment programs were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The rationality of medical advises,patient’s satisfaction dagree and utilization rate of basic drugs in intervention group were superior to those in control group,moreover, the hospital stay,hospital expenses,drug costs and drug cost ratio in intervention group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse drug reaction(ADR) and total effective rate between intervention group and control group(12.63% vs 12.82%,89.47% vs 84.62%,P>0.05).Conclusion The appropriate and effective pharmaceutical intervention can play a positive role in the correct and rational use of drugs and the controlling of medical expenses.
