摘 要:为探讨酶底物法在污水中粪大肠菌群检测的适用性,分别采集生活污水、工业废水、医院废水、综合污水处理厂废水等60个水样,用酶底物法和多管发酵法进行比对分析。结果表明,酶底物法和多管发酵法检测结果有统计学上的差异性,多数情况下酶底物法的检测结果略低于多管发酵法,但2种方法有显著的线性相关性,说明检测结果具有可比性,酶底物法可用于污水中粪大肠菌群的检测。In order to explore the applicability of enzyme substrate technique in the detection of fecal coliform in sewage samples, 60 wastewater samples of domestic sewage, industrial wastewater, hospital wastewater and comprehensive wastewater treatment plant were collected in this study, and the enzyme substrate method and multi-tube fermentation method were used for comparative detection. The current study found that the results of the two techniques had statistical discrepancy. In most cases, the coliform values from enzyme substrate technique were slightly lower than that from multiple-tube fermentation technique, but there was a significant linear correlation between the results of the two methods, indicating that the results were comparable and enzyme substrate technique could be used to detect fecal coliform bacteria in sewage.
