含季铵盐型单体釉质粘结剂的抗菌性与粘结性的研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨不同比例的季铵盐型抗菌单体正畸釉质粘结剂的抗菌及抗剪切性能。方法:变形链球菌为评价菌种,不同比例季铵盐单体加到粘结剂中,测定最低抑菌浓度和最低杀菌浓度,观察抗菌性,测抗剪切性,记录并分析粘结剂残留指数(ARI)。结果:与普通粘结剂组相比,在抗菌剂的添加量为4%时,抗菌率最强;不同比例的季铵盐型单体的正畸托槽粘结剂组的剪切粘结强度没有明显差异;对照组与实验组ARI指数记分非常接近,差异无统计学意义。结论:添加季铵盐型单体正畸釉质粘结剂对变形链球菌具有明显的抑制作用,满足正畸临床需求。Objective:To observe the bond strength and antibacterial propertie of an orthodontic adhesive containning with different proportions of quaternary ammonium monomer.Methods:The streptococcus mutans is an experimental bacterium.Different proportions of quaternary ammonium monomer were added to the orthodontic adhesive, then the lowest bacteriostatic concentrationand the lowest bactericidal concentration were determined,meanwhile the antibacterial property was observed, and the shear bond strength was tested byuniversal testing machine and to record Adhesive Remnant Indexes(ARI).Results:Compared with the control group, the antibacterial properties of quaternary ammonium monomer increased significantly, and the antibacterial rate as the strongest when the amount of antimicrobial agent was 4%. The shear bond strength of quaternary ammonium monomers with orthodontic brackets was not significantly different between different ratios. ARI scores of the blank control group and the experimental group were very close, and there was no statistically significant difference, which was also consistent with the experimental results of shear bond strength.Conclusion:The addition of quaternary ammonium monomer orthodontic enamel adhesive has obvious inhibitory effect on streptococcus mutans and satisfies the clinical needs of orthodontics.
