摘　　要：东、西人工岛地处伶仃洋海域,为海上桥隧的转换枢纽,具有项目管理和养护救援功能,同时还有旅游观光、环保、安保和基础设施用房等其它功能。人工岛受气象潮、风暴潮的影响,防洪排涝形势极其严峻。针对东、西人工岛洪、涝的来源,制定了一套防排结合的防治体系,尽可能地降低极端天气带来的影响及危害。The east and west artificial islands are located in the Lingding Sea, which are the transfer hubs for maritime bridges and tunnels. They have the functions of project management, maintenance and rescue, as well as other functions such as tourism, environmental protection, security and infrastructure housing. The artificial islands are affected by meteorological tides and storm surges, the situation of flood control and drainage is extremely severe. In response to the sources of floods and waterlogging in the east and west artificial islands, the engineering designers have developed a prevention and control system to minimize the impact and hazards caused by extreme weather.
