摘　　要：硬脂酰辅酶A脱氢酶1(stearoyl-CoA desaturase-1,SCD1)是哺乳动物脂肪细胞中饱和脂肪酸转换为单一不饱和脂肪酸的关键酶,对动物机体及动物产品中脂肪酸的组成和含量有重要的影响。本文对普通牛、水牛、山羊和绵羊等牛科常见家养动物的SCD1基因的结构与功能、变异类型及其与经济性状关联的研究进展进行了综述,并对该基因的未来研究进行了展望。Stearoyl-CoA desaturase-1(SCD1) is a rate-limiting enzyme in the bioconversion of saturated fatty acid to mono-unsaturated fatty acids in mammalian adipocyte. It plays a vital role in the composition of fatty acids in the animal bodies and their products. In this paper, the authors reviewed the study advances of the structure and function, variants of the SCD1 gene in some species of bovine family, such as cattle, buffalo, goats and sheep, and the association between the variations of this gene and some economic traits, and prospected the future research trend of this gene.
