摘 要:液压机械变速箱是现代建筑机械中使用比较广泛的一种技术。随着施工机械化程度不断提高,只有改善现代建筑机械性能,才能满足社会发展和城市发展需要。作为基础技术主要设备,液压机械变速箱始终在不断改进中,并在改善机械传动工程装置性能方面起着重要作用。首先分析了液压机械传动概念、原理及特点;其次,对液压机械传动在工程机械领域的应用情况进行了分析;再次,对液压机械变速箱在矿山机械中的应用故障进行了总结;最后,对机械应用中的故障诊断技术进行了探讨,希望为今后研究提供适当的参考依据。Hydraulic mechanical gearboxes are a widely used technique in modern construction machinery. As the degree of mechanization of construction continues to increase, only the improvement of the performance of modern construction machinery can meet the needs of social development and urban development. As the main equipment of the basic technology, the hydraulic mechanical gearbox is constantly improving and plays an important role in improving the performance of the mechanical transmission engineering device. Firstly, the concept, principle and characteristics of hydraulic mechanical transmission are analyzed.Secondly, the application of hydraulic mechanical transmission in the field of engineering machinery is analyzed. Thirdly, the application faults of hydraulic mechanical transmission in mining machinery are summarized. Finally, The fault diagnosis technology in mechanical application is discussed, and it is hoped to provide an appropriate reference for future research.
