摘　　要：目的探讨miR-99a-5p在宫颈癌石蜡标本中的表达水平,与宫颈癌临床病理特征之间的相关性及其在宫颈癌预后中的作用。方法从miRNA表达数据库中选择4个在宫颈癌中异常表达的miRNAs(miR-24-3p、miR-27-3p、miR-31-5p和miR-99a-5p)作为研究对象,先通过TCGA数据库分析其在宫颈癌预后中的意义,然后通过RT-qPCR测定其在宫颈癌石蜡切片中的表达,采用Cox比例风险回归法和Kaplan-Meier生存曲线法验证其在宫颈癌预后的意义。结果 miR-99a-5p表达与宫颈癌分期和淋巴结转移情况明显相关。与miR-99a-5p低表达的患者相比,miR-99a-5p高表达的患者具有明显更显著良好的预后。结论 miR-99a-5p可作为潜在的宫颈癌预后标志物。Objective To detect the expression level of miR-99a-5p in formalin-fixed paraffinembedded cervical cancer samples,and explore its relationship with clinical characteristics and the prognostic significance in cervical cancer.Methods Four of abnormal expressions miRNAs(miR-24-3p,miR-27-3p,miR-31-5p and miR-99a-5p)in cervical cancer were selected from the miRNA database as research objectives.The significance of the expressions of the four miRNAs in the prognosis of cervical cancer were analyzed through TCGA database.And then the expressions in formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded cervical cancer were measured by RTqPCR.Moreover,Cox proportional hazards regression analysis and Kaplan-Meier survival curve analysis were performed to verify their significance in the prognosis in cervical cancer.Results miR-99a-5p expression was significantly associated with Figo stage and lymph node metastasis in patients with cervical cancer.Compared with the patients with low expression of miR-99a-5p,patients with high expression of miR-99a-5p had significantly better prognosis.Conclusion miR-99a-5p can act as a potential prognostic biomarker in cervical cancer.
