摘　　要：目的总结脑立体定向CT定位卵圆孔在半月神经节球囊压迫术治疗三叉神经痛中的临床效果。方法对20例原发性三叉神经痛患者采用反戴立体定向仪CT定位下行球囊压迫半月神经节。结果 18例患者术后疼痛完全缓解,有效率90%,无严重手术并发症发生。结论 CT立体定向技术为定位穿刺靶点提供了客观依据,避免了穿刺的盲目性,提高了穿刺的准确性和治疗效果,明显降低了并发症。Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of micro-balloon compression(PBC trigeminal ganglion guided by foramen oval CT stereotactic for the treatment trigeminal neuralgia.Methods The foramen oval was localized under CT scan and penetrated guided by CT stereotactic.20 patients were treated by Micro-Balloon compression trigeminal ganglion.Results 18 cases had immediate relief from pain.The overall pain relief rate was 90.0% in our group without serious surgical complications.Conclusion It may afford guidance and avoid blindness when penetrate by CT stereotactic.Higher successful and better outcome can be seen accompany with lower complications.
