人本化诉求下高校知识管理体系的研究

摘　　要：高校管理是针对学校运营发展、教学教研、学生教育、学习生活等方面内容开展的管理活动,但核心是对教育知识的一种管理。人本化诉求对高校知识创新的发展、管理思维的转变、管理合力的凝聚都具有重要的导向作用。当前高校知识管理体系中,仍存在制度性、功利性、行政性、理论性等与人本化诉求相左乃至相悖的现象,为了解决二者的矛盾,急需通过知识创新激励、引入先进信息技术、打造多元主体、构建多元联盟、完善教师参与制度等多种有力举措,努力实现高校知识管理体系建设与人本化诉求的有效对接。University management is a management activity aimed at the development of school operation, teaching and research, student education management, study and life, but the core is a management of educational knowledge. Humanistic appeal plays an important guiding role in the development of university knowledge innovation, the transformation of management thinking and the cohesion of management synergy. However, in practice, there are still some phenomena in the current knowledge management system in universities, such as institutional, utilitarian, administrative and theoretical problems which are contrary to the humanistic demands. In order to solve the contradiction between them, it is urgent to take effective measures such as knowledge innovation incentive, introduction of advanced information technology, building multi-subject and multi-alliance, and improving teacher participation system so that we can effectively connect the construction of knowledge management system in universities with the humanistic appeal.
