摘 要:通过对河北省石家庄某高校的423名大学生职业决策自我效能感、职业生涯规划和就业力的关系进行研究,结果显示,大学生的职业决策自我效能感和就业力存在显著的性别差异,男生的职业决策自我效能感和就业力得分显著高于女生;理科生的职业决策自我效能感得分显著高于文科生;职业生涯规划在职业决策自我效能感和就业力的关系中起着部分中介作用,中介效应占总效应的44.4%。This paper studies the relationship between career decision-making self-efficacy, career planning and employability of 423 students in a university of Shijiazhuang, Hebei. The results show that there are significant gender differences in college students' career decision-making self-efficacy and employability, and the scores of male students' career decision-making self-efficacy and employability are significantly higher than the scores of female students;the scores of science students' career decision -making self-efficacy are significantly higher than the scores of liberal -arts students;career planning plays a part of intermediary role in the relationship between career decision - making self-efficacy and employability and the intermediary effect accounts for 44.4% of the total effecct.
