摘  要:本文分析了BYP27合金带材在后序加工贴片封装过程中,元件表面呈现氧化颜色异常的原因。通过氧化试验,确定了表面羽抛工艺是造成BYP27元件表而氧化颜色异常的关键因素,并提出了解决问题的方法,满足了用户对BYP27产品氧化颜色一致性的要求。试验结果表明:采用氧化试验方法对判定材料是否能满足用户对元件表面氧化颜色一致性的要求具有可靠性,可用于产品质量的监控。并且,当材料在正常生产中增加了一次羽抛,且羽抛后未经过高温处理,只经过中温处理,元件衣面呈现异常颜色。当材料在正常生产中増加一次羽抛,且羽抛后再经过高温处理,元件表面呈现正常颜色。The behavior of the formation of the element surface oxide color of the BYP27 alloy strip after sealing processing treatment has been investigated in the present work. It has been pointed that process of feather polishing for the BYP27 alloy strip makes a key contribution for the formation of the element surface oxide color by oxygen test. Some methods have been proposed to meet the demands of users. The results show that it is reliable to determine quality of BYP27 alloy strip by oxidizing test to meet the demand proposed by user. And it is also found that during ordinary processing ,when an additional feather polishing treatment is carried out and the alloy strip was treated at medium temperature only, the surface color will be turned up adnormal colour. Still more, if the alloy strip has been treated at high temperature after feather polishing, the surface color will be well and the strip can be used for farther process.
