摘　　要：随着社会经济的不断发展,老旧建筑已严重落后于城市发展水平,滞后于民生发展需要,其宜居功能亟待改善。文章依据环境心理学相关理论中对环境改造有运用价值的内容进行归纳整理,针对人们不同层次的心理需求,并以南京市浦口区城南新村改造为研究对象,提出了如何在现有基础上进行居住区改造的设计策略,以期对居住区改造设计提供一些关于环境与行为心理之间相互联系的设计方法。With the continuous development of social economy, the old buildings lagged behind the level of urban development and the needs of people's livelihood, and their livable functions need to be improved urgently. Based on theory of environmental psychology, this paper summarizes the valuable contents of environmental renovation. In view of people's psychological needs at different levels, and taking the renovation of Chengnan New Village in Pukou District of Nanjing as the research object, this paper puts forward the design strategies of how to carry out the renovation of residential areas on the existing basis, with a view to providing some design methods about the relationship between environment and behavioral psychology in the renovation design of residential areas.
