媒介融合趋势下地方高校国际传播人才培养需求探究

摘　　要：近三十年来,伴随着中国经济的高速发展与国际传播影响力的提升,我国政府提出了要加强媒体国际传播能力建设的要求。媒介融合成为大势所趋,为适应国际形势的多元变化以及传媒格局的深度调整,全国各个开设国际传播学专业的高校在新的历史时期必须有所应对。国内每年毕业的传媒专业人才中,地方高校的毕业生占据越来越大的比重,地方高校国际传播学教育也已成为一支重要力量。本文旨在对地方高校国际传播人才培养需求进行探讨,建立更加完备的人才培养体系,总结经验教训,思考在媒介融合与新的国际形势下传播人才培养的思路与举措。Over the past thirty years, with the rapid development of Chinese economy and improvement of international influence, Chinese government made a request to strengthen the ability of media to communicate in the world. Under the current situation where media convergence represents the general trend, different colleges offering international communication courses in China in new era have to make appropriate responses in order to adapt to multiple changes of international situation and profound adjustment of the media. With The proportion of college graduates in all media personnel graduating every year increasing, international communication studies have become an important force. This passage aims to make discussions about the mechanism of different local colleges to cultivate the talents in international media and communication to create better talent cultivation system, draw lessons from past experi ence, thi nk about medi a convergence and ways to cultivate talents in communication field in new international situation.
