摘  要:目的讨论导学案与微课融合下的临床教学模式在肿瘤内科实习教学中的应用。方法选取本校2014级五年制临床医学专业五年级新入肿瘤内科的实习同学60名作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组两组,每组各30名。对照组采用导学案的教学模式;观察组采用导学案与微课融合下的教学模式。教学结束后比较两组的教学反馈和教学成果。结果与对照组相比,观察组学生对导学案与微课融合下的教学模式反馈评价更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组学生对导学案与微课融合下的教学模式在出科理论平均成绩、实践技能平均成绩和病例分析能力三方面均显著优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论导学案与微课融合下的教学模式在肿瘤内科临床实习同学带教中具有可行性,可提高肿瘤诊疗的规范化水平、提高临床实习学生的带教质量,提升实习同学的学习兴趣和临床工作的实践能力。Objective To explore the application of the fusion teaching mode of guided learning plan and micro-course in practice teaching of medical oncology.Methods Sixty clinical interns of department of medical oncology were selected and randomly divided into the control group( n = 30) and the observation group( n = 30).The control group adopted the lecture based guided learning. While the observation group adopted the fusion mode of guided learning plan and micro-course.The teaching feedback and results of two groups were compared.Results The evaluation of teaching feedback of the fusion of guided learning plan and micro-course was higher than that of the control group and the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Comparison of the teaching quality showed that average scores of academic examination,clinical practical skill and ability of case analysis were remarkably higher than the control group and the differences were statistically significant( P< 0.05).Conclusions The fusion teaching mode of guided learning plan and micro-course is completely feasible for the clinical practice teaching of medical oncology. It could improve the standard diagnosis and treatment level of oncology department.Improve the quality of practice teaching and greatly enhance the learning interest and clinical practice ability of interns.
