内括约肌侧切加外切内扎术治疗巨大肛乳头瘤临床疗效分析

摘　　要：为探讨内括约肌侧切加外切内扎术治疗巨大肛乳头瘤的临床疗效,将60例巨大肛乳头瘤患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组30例,观察组采用内括约肌侧切加外切内扎术治疗,对照组采用传统外切内扎术治疗,对比观察2组总体疗效、术后疼痛指数、创面愈合时间、并发症等。结果显示,观察组治愈率高于对照组,术后疼痛程度、肛缘水肿、肛门坠胀、肛门狭窄发生情况及创面愈合时间方面均优于对照组,P <0.05。结果表明,内括约肌侧切加外切内扎术治疗巨大肛乳头瘤疗效确切,患者术后并发症少,恢复快。This study was to investigate the clinical effect of lateral incision for inner-sphincter combined with external incision &internal ligation in the treatment of giant anal papilloma(GAP),randomly divided 60GAP patients into observation group(30cases,received above combined surgery)and control group(30 cases,alone routine external incision &internal ligation),then compared both groups'whole effect,postoperative pain indexes,wound-surface healing time and complication,etc.As results,in curative rate observation group was higher than control group;in postoperative occurance of pain degree,ano-edge edema,tenesmus of anus,and anal stenosis,etc,as well as wound-surface healing time observation group was superior to control group(P <0.05).Results show that above combined procedure for GAP has certain effect, and less postoperative complication,patients'recovery fast.
