摘 要:为研究内置钢骨混凝土桥墩的抗撞击性能,进行了钢筋混凝土桥墩和内置钢骨的混凝土桥墩的车辆撞击试验和侧向静力加载试验,观察试件的撞击破坏形态,分析内置不同钢骨形式对撞击抗剪强度、撞击位移和墩身应变增长的影响。结果表明:内置钢骨混凝土桥墩的撞击破坏峰值力和撞击开裂峰值力均有明显的提高,内置钢管的混凝土桥墩是一种抗撞性能较好的钢骨混凝土桥墩。基于叠加原理和试验数据,考虑材料动强度,提出了内置钢骨混凝土桥墩的撞击抗剪承载力计算公式。所建桥墩撞击抗剪强度预测公式计算结果与试验结果吻合较好,研究结果为钢骨在桥墩中的应用提供一定的研究和设计参考。In order to research the anti-impact performance of concrete bridge piers embedded steel, the vehicle impact tests and the transverse static load tests of reinforced concrete piers and steel reinforced concrete piers were conducted. Impact failure modes were observed during this experiment. And the influences of embedded steel types on the impact shear strength, impact displacement and strain increase of pier body were analyzed. The test results showed that embedded steels had remarkably improved the impact failure peak forces and the impact crack peak forces. The concrete piers embedding circular steel tube are steel reinforced concrete piers with good anti-impact performance. Based on dint of the superposition principle and test data, a mechanical model was established for calculating the impact dynamic shear strength of the steel reinforced concrete bridge pier which considered the impact dynamic strength of materials. The calculation results agreed well with the test conclusions, which could provide references of the application of steel embedding in bridge piers for both researching and designing.
