摘　　要：针对汽车焊装生产线原有安全继电器电路存在的弊端,采用基于西门子PROFIsafe安全总线的分布式I/O自动化网络,进行了安全控制手段分析、PLC硬件组态、人机界面和安全处理程序设计,提升了系统运行的安全性与可靠性。Aiming at the drawbacks of the original safety relay circuit in the automobile welding production line, a distributed I/O automation network based on Siemens PROFIsafe safety bus is adopted to analyze the safety control means, PLC hardware configuration, man-machine interface and safety processing program design, which improves the safety and reliability of the system operation.
