四种植物精油的抑菌活性及在化妆品中的应用

摘　　要：探讨了鼠尾草精油、薰衣草精油、茶树精油、彼得松薄子木油4种单方精油和以此为基础调配的复方精油的抑菌活性。茶树精油和彼得松薄子木油的抑菌活性较好,鼠尾草精油和薰衣草精油相对较弱,单方精油的复配有助于提高抑菌效果和扩大菌谱;薰衣草精油和茶树精油复配以及茶树精油和彼得松薄子木油复配对痤疮丙酸杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌有较好的杀灭作用;使用薰衣草精油和彼得松薄子木油复配具有一定的防腐效果,对真菌的抑制作用较强,与1,2-己二醇复配用于产品中具有较好的防腐性能。The antibacterial activities of four essential oils of sage, lavender, tea tree, leptospermum petersonii and their compounded oils were explored. The antibacterial activities of oils from tea tree and leptospermum petersonii were high, and that of sage and lavender were relatively low. The combination of some single essential oils could improve the antibacterial effect,expand the bacteriostatic spectrum. The compounded oils of lavender and tea tree, leptospermum petersonii and tea tree had antibacterial effects on Propionibacterium acnes and Staphyloccus aureus. The compounded oil of lavender and leptospermum petersonii had higher anti-fungi preservative effects, its combination with 1,2-hexanediol had excellence preservative efficacy.
