PAE对蔗髓半纤维素基共混膜性能的影响

摘  要:以聚酰胺多胺环氧氯丙烷(PAE)为添加剂,采用流延成膜工艺制备聚乙烯醇/蔗髓水溶性半纤维素基共混膜(PVA/WHC)。考察了PAE添加量对PVA/WHC膜的光学性能、拉伸性能和阻隔性能的影响,以及PAE对PVA/WHC膜微观结构的影响。结果表明,添加PAE的质量分数为1%时,制得的共混膜的包装性能达到最佳,透光率为79.62%,拉伸强度为65.32MPa,水蒸气透过系数为4.56×10^(-13) g·cm/cm^2·s·Pa,氧气透过系数为0.10×10^(-4)cm^3/m·24 h·0.1MPa。与未添加PAE的共混膜相比,拉伸强度提高了100.25%,水蒸气透过系数降低了23.25%,氧气透过系数降低了87.18%。通过机理探究发现:PAE对PVA/WHC共混体系的增强作用和对阻隔性能的提升作用是通过PAE树脂间的自交联和与体系间的共交联实现的。Water-soluble blend films based on polyvinyl alcohol(PVA) and bagasse pith water-soluble hemicelluloses(WHC) were prepared using PAE as additives by casting method. The influences of PAE contents on the optical properties, mechanical properties, moisture barrier properties and oxygen barrier properties of the blend films were investigated. The results showed that the blend films presented the best packaging properties when the addition amount of PAE was 1%. The light transmittance was 79.62%, the tensile strength was 65.32 MPa, and the water vapor permeability coefficient was 4.56×10-13g·cm/cm2·s·Pa, and oxygen transmission coefficient was 0.10×10-4cm3/m 24 h 0.1 MPa,respectively. Compared with the blend film without PAE, the tensile strength increased by 100.25%, the water vapor permeability coefficient decreased by 23.25%, and the oxygen permeability coefficient decreased by 87.18%. It was found that the enhancement effect of PAE on PVA/WHC blend system and the improved barrier properties were achieved by self-crosslinking between PAE resins and co-crosslinking with the system.
