摘 要:伞形霉属是重要的产油真菌,本研究分析了具棱伞形霉(Umbelopsis angularis)、长白伞形霉(U.changbaiensis)和葡酒色伞形霉(U. vinacea) 36个菌株的脂肪酸组成。研究结果共检测到26种脂肪酸,链长12~20碳。特征性脂肪酸为18∶3 cis 6,12,14(十八碳三烯酸)、18∶2 cis 9,12/18∶0a(亚油酸/硬脂酸)、18∶1(w 8)/18∶1 cis 9 (w 9)(顺-10-油酸/油酸)和16∶0(十六烷酸) 4种,累计百分比为92.92%。脂肪酸/菌体生物量比值范围为0.40%~2.18%。结果表明具棱伞形霉、长白伞形霉和葡酒色伞形霉富含长链不饱和脂肪酸和重要功能性脂肪酸,具有潜在的开发价值。Umbelopsis is an important group of oil producing fungi. This study measured fatty acids on 36 strains from three representative species U. angularis,U. changbaiensis and U. vinacea. A total of 26 kinds of fatty acids were detected with the chain length varying from 12 to 20 carbons.Characteristic fatty acids were confirmed as 18 ∶ 3 cis 6,12,14,18 ∶ 2 cis 9,12/18 ∶ 0 a,18 ∶ 1( w 8)/18 ∶ 1 cis 9( w 9) and 16 ∶ 0,with a cumulative percentage of 92.92%. The yield of fatty acids was 4.00-21.80 mg per gram of dry thalli. Umbelopsis angularis,U. changbaiensis and U.vinacea are rich in long-chain unsaturated fatty acids and produce vital functional fatty acids,potential to be further exploited. This study lay a foundation for a thorough assay of fatty acid on the whole genus of Umbelopsis.
