摘  要:目的观察抗抑郁治疗前后,帕金森氏病合并抑郁的患者的脑电图的变化。方法对24例诊断帕金森氏病合并抑郁的患者在抗抑郁治疗前,以及治疗后6月分别进行脑电图检查。对比治疗前后的正常率、边缘状态率、轻度异常率、中度异常率的变化,并对比各定位区θ、δ波相对功率值治疗前后的变化。结果抗抑郁治疗后,帕金森氏病合并抑郁患者的脑电图出现轻度异常率降低的改变,θ波相对功率值在双额叶、左颞叶呈现下降表现,δ波相对功率值在左额叶呈现下降,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论抗抑郁治疗可改善帕金森氏病合并抑郁患者的脑电功能。Objective To observe the changes of electroencephalogram(EEG)in patients with Parkinson’s disease combined with depression after antidepressant treatment. Methods 24 patients diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease combined with depression were examined by electroencephalography(EEG)before and after antidepressant treatment for six months. The changes of normal rate,edge state rate,mild abnormal rate and moderate abnormal rate before and after treatment were compared;the change of the relative power value of θ andδ wave in each region before and after treatment were compared. Results After antidepressant treatment,the electroencephalogram of patients with Parkinson’s disease combined with depression was slightly abnormal,and the relative power of θ wave was decreased in the bilateral frontal lobe and the left temporal lobe,while the relative power of δ wave was decreased in the left frontal lobe,showing statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion Antidepressant therapy can improve the brain electrical function of patients with Parkinson’s disease combined with depression.
