氟西汀对晚期非小细胞肺癌患者抑郁状态的改善效果及患者的T细胞亚群及NK细胞变化观察

摘　　要：目的分析氟西汀对晚期非小细胞肺癌(nonsmall-cell lung cancer,NSCLC)患者抑郁状态的效果及患者T细胞亚群及NK细胞变化情况。方法将2015年8月～2018年9月期间因晚期NSCLC于我院进行治疗的87例患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将所有患者分为观察组与对照组。对照组仅予以常规化疗,观察组加用氟西汀治疗。对比两组不同用药模式下治疗效果及安全性的差异。结果观察组抑郁症状缓解效果显著高于对照组(P<0.05);T细胞亚群中CD^(3+)、CD^(4+)、CD^(8+)水平均显著高于对照组,CD^(4+)/CD8+显著低于对照组(P<0.05);NK细胞水平升高程度较对照组更加显著(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率对比未见显著差异(P>0.05)。结论针对NSCLC患者进行常规化疗过程中,加用氟西汀进行抗抑郁治疗可以显著改善患者抑郁症状,还能提高机体免疫能力。Objective To analyze the effect of Fluoxetine on depression in advanced non small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)patients and the level of T cell subsets and NK cells. Methods 87 patients with advanced NSCLC who were treated in our hospital from August 2015 to September 2018 were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method. The control group received conventional chemotherapy only,while the observation group was treated with antidepressant therapy. The difference of therapeutic effects between the two groups was compared. Results Remission effect of depressive symptoms in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);The levels of CD^3+,CD^4+,CD^8+ in T lymphocyte subsets were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the levels of CD^4+/CD^8+ were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). The level of NK cell elevation was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two group(P>0.05). Conclusion Fluoxetine can not only improve the depressive symptoms of patients with NSCLC,but also improve the immune function of patients with NSCLC during routine chemotherapy.
