心理护理路径对老年股骨骨折内固定治疗患者围术期疼痛、负性情绪及术后康复的影响

摘　　要：目的研究心理护理路径对老年股骨骨折内固定治疗患者围手术期疼痛、负性情绪以及术后康复的影响。方法选取我院2014年1月～2017年1月收治的208例老年股骨骨折患者,随机分成两组(每组104例),对照组采用常规护理模式,观察组采用心理护理路径模式,观察两组患者在不同护理模式下围手术期疼痛、负性情绪及术后康复情况。结果治疗后第1天到第5天,观察组患者VAS疼痛评分结果明显低于对照组(P<0.05),出院时两组患者VAS疼痛评分结果比较无差异(P>0.05);干预后观察组患者SDS与SAS评分结果显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者3个月后髋关节功能恢复情况的优良率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论心理护理路径能加快老年股骨骨折内固定治疗患者髋关节的康复,缓解患者围手术期疼痛感以及负性情绪,促进患者髋关节功能恢复,可在临床上推广使用。Objective To investigate the effect of psychological nursing pathway on perioperative pain,negative emotion and postoperative rehabilitation of elderly patients with femoral fracture treated by internal fixation. Methods 208 elderly patients with femoral fractures in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 104 cases in each group. The control group were given with conventional nursing mode and the observation group given with psychological nursing pathway. The perioperative pain,negative emotional and postoperative recovery in two groups were observed and compared. Results From the first day to the fifth days after treatment,the VAS pain scores in observation group were significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.05). The VAS pain score was no significant difference between two groups at discharge(P>0.05). After intervention,the SDS and SAS scores in observation group were significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05). The excellent rate of hip function recovery after 3 months in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Psychological care pathways can speed up the elderly femoral fracture fixation treatment of patients with hip rehabilitation,patient perioperative pain and negative emotions,and promote the recovery of hip function in patients with,can be used in clinical practice.
