摘 要:频繁的人口流动和多样化的人口构成,导致国际大都市社会结构的无序和公共资源分配的不公。因此,弱势处境的学生更需要公平的受教育机会和优质的教育资源。作为最具影响力的国际大都市,伦敦中小学校依托中央和地方政府的支持,通过经济资本、社会资本和文化资本等方面的教育补偿实践,触探社会不公平和教育不公平的根源,进而改善弱势学生群体处境,提升他们的学业成就、社会参与和文化认同。The frequent population mobility and diversified demographic composition give rise to social disorder and resource misallocation in international metropolis. Disadvantaged students are more in need of equitable educational opportunities and excellent educational resources. As the most influential international metropolis, London has made great efforts on this issue. London primary and secondary schools have carried out abundant educational compensation practice for disadvantaged students with the support of the UK government and Great London Authority. The various actions attack the root of inequalities, enable disadvantaged students to improve situation, promote academic achievement, increase social participation, and enrich cultural identity through means of economic, social and cultural capital compensation.
