摘 要:在我国,肝癌是继肺癌、胃癌、食管癌之后第4大常见肿瘤,并且是肿瘤死亡的主要原因。非编码RNA在肿瘤的发生发展的研究中发挥重要作用,lncRNAs是长度> 200 nt的非编码RNA,随着高通量测序和基因芯片的应用,越来越多的lncRNAs被发现和研究。LncRNAs参与人类的生命活动,并与多种疾病相关,特别是肿瘤的发生和转移。近年来,研究发现lncRNAs与肝癌的发生、发展、浸润和耐药相关。本综述就近些年lncRNAs在肝细胞癌方面的研究做一综述。Liver cancer is the fourth most common type of tumor after lung cancer,gastric cancer and esophageal cancer in China,and also the main cause of cancer-related death.Epigenetics plays an important role in the development of tumors,especially the emergence of lncRNAs.More and more lncRNAs with length>200 nt have been discovered with high-throughput sequencing and gene chip applications.LncRNAs are involved in human life activities and are associated with a variety of diseases,especially the occurrence and metastasis of tumors.In recent years,studies have found that lncRNAs are associated with the occurrence,development,invasion and drug resistance of liver cancer.This review summarizes the research advances in role of lncRNAs in liver cancer.
