摘　　要：分析目前水产品质量安全方面存在问题及影响因素,提出提高水产品质量安全的方法措施,有效提升水产品质量安全水平,保障水产品的质量安全。This paper briefly analyzed the existing problems that may threaten the quality and safety of aquatic products, and adopted necessary methods and measures to effectively improve the quality and safety levels of aquatic products to ensure the safety of aquatic products.
