摘 要:运用DPSIR模型和5S要素理论结合时间要素T构建面向城市的DPSIR-5S1T城市交通拥堵评价模型,结合城市交通路口数据利用熵值法确定评价模型指标权重。结果显示:"是否商圈或大型办公区"影响交通拥堵权重最大;"平均通过路口时间"权重次之;"停车场和酒店数量"与"公交站点与地铁口和高架数量"权重接近,对拥堵影响程度基本相同;"小区数量"对拥堵影响程度最小。基于此对评价模型、评价对象、影响指标进行分析,进而提出治理城市道路交通拥堵对策建议。The DPSIR-5S1T urban traffic congestion evaluation model is constructed by using DPSIR model and 5S element theory combined with time element T. The weight of the evaluation model index is determined by entropy method using urban traffic intersection data. The results show that:the index of “whether it is the business circle or large office area” has the greatest impact on traffic congestion;the index of “average pass time” has the second largest impact;the indexes of “parking lot and hotel number” and “ bus stop and subway port and elevated number” are close to each other, with almost the same degree of congestion impact, while the index of the “number of cells” has the least impact on congestion. Based on this, the evaluation model, evaluation object, and impact indicators are analyzed, and countermeasures for governance support are proposed.
